I should have the same amount of SATA drivers than HDD/SSD drives i have?

I have 5 Disks installed in my system (3 SSD and 2 HDD) but i only have 1 SATA AHCI driver...

Also it says it's from 2006...

I feel my system a little sluggish in daily tasks jobs, could it be a problem of the SATA drivers?

Hi,

To understand better, you should know that :

SATA AHCI : The controller is in your motherboard, and it drives all your SATA AHCI SSDs/SSHDs/HDDs connected on it (so there will be 1 single SATA AHCI Controller device for all SATA AHCI SSDs/SSHDs/HDDs).

PCIe NVMe : The controller is in your NVMe SSDs (so there will be as many NVMe Controller devices as there are NVMe SSDs).

So to summarize, yes it's normal.
