    Hopefully easy question

    I have a ASUS ROG Strix Z370-E w/ I7-8700 and BIOS Ver 0805. Can I put a I9-9900K in? If not what BIOS Ver would I need TY.

    You can always find this information on the main manufacturer site. Find your model, go to support, go to CPU support. Find the CPU model. In your case that CPU is validated since 1803 or later.
