High Vcore in Sync all core/Adaptive voltage

I have my 10900K set to sync all core 51x, SVID trained, LLC 4, Adaptive voltage - Auto and I'm getting VID and Vcore requests up to 1.40v (as per HWiNFO). This doesn't makes sense because the internal VID (or VF Curve) for 51x is 1.343v.

This is with the XIII Hero and 0902 BIOS and also happened with BIOS 0707.

I think it may be the AUTO + setting on V/F# 6 that's boosting the voltage.
