Poor Wlan performance TUF Gaming Z490+ WI FI

Im disappointed by the onbaord WI FI performance.
I bought a new antenna which was an improvement over the included one.
However the WLAN signals drops after some minutes.
The BIOS and software for the mainboard are good, the WIFI is not.
