    I don't even have CPU at all, just 'core' which I am not sure is the same thing.

    Aura Sync Lighting Not Smooth (ROG Strix G17 G713 2021)

    After the Armoury Crate Update, the smoothness of the lighting doesn't look smooth. I have tried to reinstall Armoury Crate and the issue is still persist.

    I want to say that Asus is very irresponsible for even offering such an update.

    1. PC / Laptop: Motherboard - Rog Maximus XI Extreme
    2. Aura Sync products: Motherboard, AIO Pump (Lian Li Galahad 360) and front panel ARGB strip (Lian Li 011 Dynamic XL ROG Edition)
    3. 3rd-party peripheral, audio, or lighting software: Razer Synapse 3.0, Lian Li L-Connect, Corsair iCue.
    4. Wired / wireless connection: Wireless
    5. Reinstalled Windows? Yes
    6. Windows version & build: Windows 10 Pro for Workstations 64-bit 21H1/build 19043.1052
    7. Previous version of firmware or software that worked as expected: Everything was fine before this update
    8. Clear description of your issue: Fan Errors when AISuite 3 is installed. Uninstalled AISuite3 and fans ran at 100%. Had to reformat PC
    9. Any screenshots of the issue: Sorry, had to reformat my PC because of this.
    10. Use our log collection function: Settings=>About=>App diagnostics.: Sorry, I'm, not going to install AISuite 3 just to collect data and reformat my PC again (That would be one day of my time to reinstall everything). You guys can recreate this issue by using the same motherboard as me. Install the previous version of Armoury Crate and then install AISuite 3, set a fan curve in AISuite 3 and save it to a profile. Reboot and update Armoury Crate to this version.

    Rampage VI Extreme - LED Strip Bar wrong colors

    Since installing this version of Armoury Crate my LED Strip bar connected to the RGB head of my Rampage VI Extreme is displaying wrong colors. When calibrating blue appears as purple and Green appears as a sickly yellow. Worked perfectly fine up until now. Why break something that wasnt broke before??

    To update to the latest version of Armoury Crate, reboot and the update will run in the background automatically (do not open Armoury Crate for 10-15 minutes, and plug in the power for notebooks).

    Before reporting issues, please make sure you have the latest software and firmware.
    Be clear about the key issue. Mark/edit posts which are no longer relevant, tracking multiple posts in several pages not only takes time but the issue becomes unclear.

    Include the following info:
    1. PC / Laptop
    2. Aura Sync products
    3. 3rd-party peripheral, audio, or lighting software
    4. Wired / wireless connection
    5. Reinstalled Windows?
    6. Windows version & build
    7. Previous version of firmware or software that worked as expected
    8. Clear description of your issue
    9. Any screenshots of the issue
    10. Use our log collection function: Settings=>About=>App diagnostics
    Please provide a log, it's much easier to provide fixes if we can replicate as accurately as possible.

    Log Collection Tool - Instructions
    First, check the Record log box to start recording
    Agree to the disclaimer
    Replicate the issue you are having
    Click on the Generate log data button
    Save the log file to a location of your choice.
    Stop the recording

    Even though the log file is encrypted, share the log file with me by PM (provide link to file in cloud).

    Many issues have been posted previously, but a very small percentage of people have PM'd me their log. If in doubt, just send a log and remember to record first. If the issue is after shutdown: provide a log for before shutdown and one after (2 logs). Thanks everyone!

    I have similar problems with fan control on Windows 10 (20H2 19042.985) after the update on my Desktop with a Crosshair Hero VIII X570 motherboard. AISuite III fails to start with the following error:

    Uninstalled both AC and AI 3 and still don't have in OS fan control after reinstalling either or both. Even just running AI 3 after using the crate uninstall tool doesn't work. Whatever is loading overrides the BIOS set fan profiles as well. Disabling the fan service doesn't seem to help that either.
