Same happens to me.
Try go to uninstall-Armory Crate Service-modify
It automatically remove AC Service and ask to reboot.
After reboot go to armory crate and wait loading bar.
Work for me
ps. after that you can see an update 4.1.6.2 or something like that, but I've not tryed to update

Go to uninstall
Search Armory Crate service
Do not tap to uninstall, but tap on modify on the left
It automatically remove Armory Crate service and ask to reboot
After reboot go to Armory Crate app and wait the progress bar
After that Armory crate will be reinitialized and it should work again.

Aura lighting recognizing issues with Strix Z490-E
I have an Strix motherboard Z490-E. I currently experiencing issues since June, uninstalled and try again in august but still no luck getting the Aura settings from armory crate to work with the RGB motherboard. I think this is because of this version.
I have tried steps, such an clean installs without any software, disabling windows defender, antivirus, & firewall, as well removing everything asus related before reinstalling again. Asus suggests RMA of the motherboard, however the motherboard works fine back then, probably with the previous versions. I'm uncertain of sending the motherboard for asus for repair, especially their customer service history.
Is there any fixes I can try before ruling out the hardware issue that needs to be rma, or is it just because of this version no good for the motherboard? I have the latest versions installed according to the bios settings, I believe.

Include the following info:
1. PC / Laptop - PC
2. Aura Sync products - ROG Strix Z490-F Gaming motherboard, ROG Strix RTX3080, ROG Ryijin, G.Skill RAM, Addressable LED Strip
3. 3rd-party peripheral, audio, or lighting software - N/A
4. Wired / wireless connection - Wired
5. Reinstalled Windows? Yes in June to fix another Armoury issue. That was fixed from the reinstall, but now a new issue has occurred.
6. Windows version & build - Win10 Pro 64-bit 21H1 19043.1165
7. Previous version of firmware or software that worked as expected - not sure as didn't immediately notice this happening
8. Clear description of your issue - Starry night effect is running really slowly, taking about 4 seconds to 'twinkle' if that makes sense. In fact, all the Aura effects where the lights need to change are having this issue (so including Strobing also)

I have Asus Z370-F STRIX Motherboard
How do i get the ' dashboard ' ?
I read that it's only for ' Laptop ' ? Why desktop is left out? Desktop ROG users not ROG enough to have the ' dashboard ' ?

How you get it? I installed and uninstalled it using the very special armoury crate ' uninstaller ' but still can't see the ' Dashboard '.
What do i need to do to get it?
BIOS is latest, Windows is LATEST and it's up to date to the point of no updates for the day. ( i check them daily )
I don't want to wipe the system OS clean of the drive , clean install windows, and set up every other thing just to get that ' dashboard ' in hope to manually set the Fan-Curve because the AI Suite 3's Fan Expert 4 decided to not to work one day. Not sure what broke it, or softwares/programs are designed to stop working after a set date/time?

am using chakram core, the macro was running fine till i update the Armoury crate and mouse software to latest ver.
now the macro not working anymore
anyone facing the same issue as well?
