I have the same problem since first update of aura creator and armoury crate package.
Aura creator was working only right out of the box and first update broke it.
I've bought my Zephyrus at the end of March and until now the problem with "No devices available" is not solved.

I don´t know what i have done but after restoring my Pc to factory state with Armoury Crate old version i only update Armoury crate and then i Intall with the tool the Aura Creator new version and 1º, 2º, 3º time I had issues of all kind, at 4º try when i has to give up a make it and it´s working so if you want to try this is my experience ....

Не только у вас не работает, на Зефирусе тоже самое происходит уже давно....
