[DRIVERS] Armoury Crate Service installer needed G531GW

Hi I had the crazy and dumb idea of uninstalling my Armoury Crate to do a fresh install since i was having issues with Aura Creator recognizing my Keyboard.

To my surprise, there's a website with an Armoury Crate installer tool (Props for that) but unfortunately it doesn't work for me.

It keeps failing and showing a (-100) error, requesting to restart and check my internet connection.


Does anybody have the Armory Crate Service installer?

Hey there, unfortunately the installer you find on the ASUS website it's not compatible with this model anymore. I've encountered the same issue and I managed to solve it by installing an older version of ARMOURY CRATE but you have to follow some steps before installing it. I'll leave the steps here. I managed to come up with this solution on my own. Here it is:

1.Make sure you uninstalled ARMOURY CRATE using the tool from ASUS website.

After that I recommend you restart your operating system and we can get to the next step.

2.Install ARMOURY CRATE from this website: https://driverscollection.com/s/4mjnWd
It's an older version of ARMOURY CRATE but everything works normally. You can use all of it's functions there are no compatibility issues.
But you will still not be able to run it this app will install the needed files for it to work.

3.After you installed it now go to MyASUS you should have it installed from Microsoft Store. And inside the app click the Customer Support tab and then click Live updates. Now you should be able to update the Armoury Crate Service Config Patch. Update it restart your operating system and we can get to the next step.

4.Now you need to install the ROGSLSERVICE it's the ARMOURY CRATE in itself this will let you run ARMOURY CRATE.

And that's it now you can use ARMOURY CRATE.

disable all antivirus software will get you past the 101 error.
