New FW for Gladius 3 Wireless

Hello,

I was wondering if you could help me with an issue I have after updating to the latest firmware for the Gladius 3 Wireless. I updated to version 11.71.32 and immediately started having tracking issues with the 2.4 ghz wireless functionality. Wired it works perfectly, but when using the wireless it is very choppy, inaccurate and cuts out. The mouse is only a month and a week old and I am trying to avoid an RMA. I suppose I could use it in wired mode until another Firmware Update fixes the issue, but I would Imagine there is a way to apply a firmware update outside of Armory Crate. If you have any information, or suggestions as to what might work I would be in your debt! Thanks for the time.

Could I quickly ask how far away the wireless receiver is and if there are obstructions between that and the mouse?

Confirm. After updating the firmware of the mouse and the transmitter, there were problems with the wireless operation of the device. The mouse cursor periodically moves jerkily. This was not the case with the previous firmware of the device. The transmitter is located at a distance of about 30 centimeters. I didn't move it after updating the device firmware. So it's not about distance. Something has changed for the worse with the new firmware.

Same issue with my Gladius 3 Wireless. Mouse is about 2 feet away from the receiver and it's not stable. Cursor jumps randomly from time to time when in wireless mode

Exactly, you can see the cursor is not smooth at all and it jumps around with horrible inaccuracy.

I really hope this issue gets addressed soon with the next firmware revision. It sucks to have to use this wired for an enjoyable experience.

When connecting via Bluetooth, everything also works as before. I wrote to the official asus support, but they don't see any problems yet. They sent me a video where everything is fine with them. https://www.asuswebstorage.com/navigate/a/#/s/222FB12DEDA742DFA39F1BD249D6BC1C4
I sent them my videos with cursor glitches. I am waiting for a further response.
