I doubt TPM will be required once launched, typically only on laptops and business pc's use them.

And why does ASUS motherboards NOT come with TPM module installed. This is BS! I just bought the Hero XIII z590 a high end board and guess what NO TPM module. It must be bought separately. MSI and GIGASBYTE boards have TPM module installed, but not ASUS. All my Hero boards (got VIII -X and XI) and Z87 pro have NO TPM module.
Come on ASUS this is just so stupid. You have to do something about it and send a module to all your customers .If not, you will alien a lot of people in the future. I am going to buy GIGABYTE in the future, that's for sure

TPM 2.0 well known as OEM ecosystem components.
Since Intel 10th generation processor class released.
( Icelake U & Cometlake U )
AMD 2nd generation Ryzen processor class released.
In D.I.Y. market UEFI 2.0 BIOS act as TPM 2.0 chips.
So ASUS and other vendors may not integrated
those TPM chip inside their board.Windows 11 22H2 Build 25126.1000 Core i9 7980XE 02006D05 MCU 2021-11-13 R6E 3601 MODDED BIOS TPM 2.0 Enabled VROC 7.7.0.1054 + RST 18.31.3.5434 ME FW 11.12.92.2222 DV 2204.2.62.0 64GB DDR4 3200 XMP POSEIDON 1080i GTX NVIDIA Driver 512.95 WHQL 3TB SAMSUNG 970 EVO PLUS OMS Driver 18.37.0.1003 WHQL i219 V OROM 0.1.02 BA 0.1.16 12.19.2.45 WHQL AQC 107N FW 3.1.121 AQC 3.1.6.0 WHQL Realtek HD 6.0.9341.1 WHQL SAMSUNG ODYSSEY G9 49 NEO FW 1008 VESA HDR 2000 DP

@Mokichu The 21996.1 may limited some features for Windows Insider.
According to Microsoft docs above Intel processor list.
My old folks CPU didn't support W11 .
But I was able to running it on my rig easily due Insider member account.
Next week the new build will fixing these TPM check soon.
Windows teams need to ensure their lastest OS support as much as possible hardware vendors including D.I.Y. sections.
Don't be worried. Let's seeWindows 11 22H2 Build 25126.1000 Core i9 7980XE 02006D05 MCU 2021-11-13 R6E 3601 MODDED BIOS TPM 2.0 Enabled VROC 7.7.0.1054 + RST 18.31.3.5434 ME FW 11.12.92.2222 DV 2204.2.62.0 64GB DDR4 3200 XMP POSEIDON 1080i GTX NVIDIA Driver 512.95 WHQL 3TB SAMSUNG 970 EVO PLUS OMS Driver 18.37.0.1003 WHQL i219 V OROM 0.1.02 BA 0.1.16 12.19.2.45 WHQL AQC 107N FW 3.1.121 AQC 3.1.6.0 WHQL Realtek HD 6.0.9341.1 WHQL SAMSUNG ODYSSEY G9 49 NEO FW 1008 VESA HDR 2000 DP

It was not final build for everyone. It leaked from member of Insider level which may working on oem vendors. So the TPM 2.0 module
checking appear when you're trying installation without authorization by Microsoft.
Don't worry final build was so far from existing. When its going to RC level you'll able to testing the nearest complete version once.
Windows 11 built for all Windows 10 existing hardware vendors and
will be welcome everyone on the end development period.
This 21996.1 was only starting change from Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 21390.1010 last week for me and all Windows Insider around the world.
So don't judge final product from this earlier build.Windows 11 22H2 Build 25126.1000 Core i9 7980XE 02006D05 MCU 2021-11-13 R6E 3601 MODDED BIOS TPM 2.0 Enabled VROC 7.7.0.1054 + RST 18.31.3.5434 ME FW 11.12.92.2222 DV 2204.2.62.0 64GB DDR4 3200 XMP POSEIDON 1080i GTX NVIDIA Driver 512.95 WHQL 3TB SAMSUNG 970 EVO PLUS OMS Driver 18.37.0.1003 WHQL i219 V OROM 0.1.02 BA 0.1.16 12.19.2.45 WHQL AQC 107N FW 3.1.121 AQC 3.1.6.0 WHQL Realtek HD 6.0.9341.1 WHQL SAMSUNG ODYSSEY G9 49 NEO FW 1008 VESA HDR 2000 DP
