Question:
does all my water cooling parts compatible? like the tubings and the fittings.
does 1200w psu overkill for this system? or it's ok to me to change it to 850.
do you think im gonna have good temp? im just gonna oc on cpu to just about 4.4ghz - 4.6ghz and gpu to stock speed

The LC parts look compatible to me.
You could probably drop down on the PSU size if you wanted to. In practice I'm guessing your system won't top 700W so that 850 sounds good to me.
I'm not sure you'll have "good" temps with only a single 360 rad for 2 GPUs and an overclocked CPU. You won't be overheating but they will be on the higher side as LC setups go. Generally at least 120mm of rad per chip is a good rule of thumb so you would be at the minimum.
