If 10th isn't supposed to work on this motherboard, then it should be advertised accordingly
I installed and tested bios 1007 but it gaves me a lot of issues and frequently Windows green screen of death, so I reverted to bios 902.

yeah there are lots of errors with this one, BUT some of them disappear if you disable RBAR (for 3XXX series) and keep just TWO (2!) USB stuff - mouse and keyboard, that's it... and there will be even less if for 11th gen 4 is dropped away for GPU and SSD - it does not make any differences in real life/games, just in some benchmarks, in the end, it's only numbers, mate!
if using 10th, DDR4 beyond 2x16... good luck with that, it's just advertising, apparently they don't give a crap these things running ok =))

Not sure what to say I have a z590 Apex and Hero and tried a 10700k in both and they can run 2x16 @4400c16-17-17 stable. I still think your MB is defective.

There are other people running Asus z590 with 10th gen 2x16 at 4266+ on overlcock.net so it is not like I am the exception.

It seams that the bios was remove. I have being using the bios on z590-E with the 10850k. I am fine. even coding and alvo make a fix on 2 apps nicely

no bsod no blue screen in fact is colder that n the 09xx bios. BUT I am running windows 11 dev account.

Fans are working fine oc and auto boost is fine. rams are on xmp specks Try 1 and 2 . boot super. Side what i wish that the gpus uefi platform for video drivers is fix but that is more nvidia update than a bios.

Is a little different but not much i am happy sadly they remove it. Side of most W11 bugs all ready known on the dev channel. i am fine with the bios. It will be nice to know why was remove. At least to find what is wrong will be nice

Can you post some Aida64 or other benches of your 4800c18? I don't think I have seen anyone do 4800 with 2x16.

Edit Looks like a post was deleted that said, can run 2x16 b die "4800c18 easy" with 10900k in z590 Apex.

try to do a latency check with those settings.

    Shiny ram!

Is that the noctua passive cooler? you sure it can handle the cpu? Saw some reviews of it where it's good for low-powered parts, but an 11600k OC'ed will go over the capacity of it...

Interesting. Does it work better than the NH-D15 in that config? Or are you using it as a better downdraft cooler?

Seems excellent, really, good to know. Some reviewers and Noctua themselves market the cooler to other type of setups (low-power silence focused), so it's good to know that the cooler itself manages to do just fine when used on a way that it's not (ideally) built for.

Do keep us updated on your quest tho!

    Seems going nicely!

I also have a 90 degree connector for the 24pin, but I got mine from cooler master, the filtered version (there are 2 versions). Wee bit expensive tbh, but worth it.

As for the bios, it's a re-release? It was up for some time but they removed it.

edit: it seems so, CRC32 from winrar is equal.
