so maybe Samsung 980 Pro might a be better choice, they seem very even (slow down not included), not sure ?

Your selection is a great binned RAM that uses raised voltage for stability and speed through better primary timings.
A really good binned b-die can run a little higher than 1.5v, and the original samsung b-die specifications (that cover all of the ram inc bottom of the barrel) called 1.5v as maxmium safe working voltage.
