Zernith II Extreme Alpha Bios problems.

I've been having a problem with my Zenith II Extreme Alpha's bios and outside of RMAing the board I'm out of ideas on what I can do to fix the issue.

The problem is that any BIOS change that I make and save via F10 results in the machine rebooting and the OLED display showing "Test CMOS". Some of the things I've attempted to do:

1) Enable hot swapping of an SATA (f10 save)
2) Enable fTPM for windows 11 compatibility (f10 save)
3) Turn on/off fan monitoring (f10 save)

All result in the same problem where I am presented "Test CMOS" on the OLED and have to press the clear CMOS button on the back of the machine to reset to default settings.

I could understand if this happened after tweaking some values to up my systems performance but with just basic settings as the ones above I have no idea why I'm getting this "Test CMOS" error. I even went out and replaced the CMOS battery with a brand new one.

If at all possible I'd hate to tear apart my system to RMA the motherboard so if anyone's got any ideas on what might be going on or things I could try to resolve this issue I'd be greatful.
