each time I turn off/on switch on power extender cable I get power on all of 3 PCs ov

Guys,each time I flip the switch OFF on power extender from wall socket and flip to ON I get power on devices which are connected on USB ports (keyboard,mouse gets RGB lightning),and I don't want that.
How do I resolve this?
