Armoury Crate loop loading with ROG STRIX Z390-H

The app is not working at all. I'm fighting with this second day so please don't tell me to uninstall it for the 100th time.
I already tried to install things in different orders and ways. Armoury Crate is turning on but I cannot do there basically anything because its going to stuck on infinite loading.
App doesn't recognise my mobo, sometimes I'm able to see my G-skill ram but not always. The bios is updated.
There is also problem in the info tab. Every stat is 0 and doesn't change.

Any ideas what can I do more? AI SUITE 3 is not working too
