hello, how do i protect or keep my battery is on a good condition ,
i just bought an ASUS ROG STRIX SCAR 17 2021 , i always plugged in on charging even it 100% while gaming also plugged in ,
is it good for battery life ?

Its a double edged sword. Leave it plugged in all the time and it will not perform as it should when needed. Discharge it too much and the life is shortened.
On my laptops I generally discharge to 20% or so every few months if they are plugged in all the time.

And also , battery life will not bother us since 2017 Q4. We set a battery protection in My ASUS settings .

Usually, if we want to storage a health battery , I will suggest to keep it at 60% capacity. As Bigjonny said, I will suggest to discharge sometimes.
If you always plug in AC charger, it may damage the battery . But I can't promise every battery life will be the same situation.
