RTX 2080 Super denied warranty. Is this how low ASUS will go to deny my claim?
Hello,
ASUS denied my warranty and shipped back the card saying there was "physical damage" to the video ports, even though it's literally just wear from using the port. I've posted my pictures below.
Keep in mind the ports all work and there reason of the RMA was a failed component on the board.
If this is how ASUS treats their community, then I don't want to be a customer to them anymore.
