    Hi xNyor,
    Sorry for late reply.
Our tech team have tested ROG MAXIMUS XI HERO with i9-9900K and HyperX Fury HX426C16FB3K2/16 on bios 1903, but it can boot normally.
Therefore, please send the motherboard with your ram to our local service center for further examination.

It got stuck on white on the first attempted post after this second clearing of the CMOS so I had to hit the reset button. It then posted normally and I was able to set up the bios from there. It now boots normally every time and is perfectly stable as far as I can tell @3400mhz C14 but 2N/T for the command rate.

It never gets stuck on white besides that one time after I had to re-clear the CMOS.
    Hi AndAbel,
I'm sorry after consulted our tech team, the Mem_LED is orange and the VGA q-led is white if there is any issue.
Could you please refer to the manual and check is the Mem_LED or VGA q-led on while no boot after updated 1902 or1903?

If the VGA q-led is on and no boot, please refer to the instructions in the following link.

I'm hoping we see a BIOS release with the fix to my original issue soon.

Hey Sorry that I answer so late!

    I've replaced my ram kit.
    The i9 9900k can only do dual channel ... & I had 4x 8 GB before ...
Couldn't use XMP 1 either but only XMP 2 ..
I think my ram kit wasn't that good before.
I have now switched to 2x 16 GB and everything works without any problems!

I thank you for your time and help!
I am now using: Corsair DIMM 32 GB DDR4-3200 kit

    Regards, Pascal.

Theres absolutely nothing wrong with my hardware, if thats what you are implying. I haven't had a single failed boot since rolling back to 1802.

One thing I forgot to mention previously is that when running 1903 with the old RAM I tried to change the TPM from firmware to discrete and whenever I did that the boot would initially fail and then it would automatically set itself back to firmware(without telling me) and boot normally. I don't remember if it ever got stuck on white when trying to change the TPM but it may have. Bottom line is that I could not set the TPM to discrete without it auto reverting back to firmware.

On my current RAM with 1802, I am running the TPM as discrete and it was defaulted to discrete but I could not get discrete TPM to work with the old RAM on 1903 and the new RAM won't even post with 1903 as I've repeatedly stated.

Did the default TPM change from discrete to firmware with 1901/1902/1903? If it did I think it may be the source of the problem.

I repeat, I could not get discrete TPM to boot with 1903 on my old RAM, it would fail and then automatically reset to firmware without alerting me and then boot with that.

I haven't had a single failed boot with my new or old RAM on 1802 with the TPM set to discrete.

    Hi AndAbel,
I'm not sure memok lights would get stuck on white you mentioned is Mem_LED or VGA q-led. The Mem_LED is orange and the VGA q-led is white if there is any issue.
Could you please refer to the manual and check is the Mem_LED or VGA q-led on while no boot after updated 1903?

May I have videos about the following conditions(including bios setting screen)?
    - When running 1903 with the old RAM G.Skill F4-3200C16D-32GTZKW whenever you changed the TPM from firmware to discrete, the boot would initially fail and then it would automatically set itself back to firmware and boot normally.
    - The default TPM setting is discrete but with new RAM G.Skill F4-3200C14D-32GTZR won't even post with 1903.
    Thank you.

Are you saying that the default TPM is discrete with 1903? Even if it is, it won't work on my setup. It always sets it back to firmware automatically as I said.

I'm not making videos of the bios because I don't even have the means to do so and because I'm in the middle of moving. I'm also not putting the old ram back in at this point. I'm running perfectly stable with 1802 and I will just wait for a new bios that hopefully rectifies the problems because 1903 is bugged whether you want to admit it or not. No other bios released for this board has given me any problems but the 19 series.

    Hi AndAbel,
I'm sorry to avoid any misunderstanding, I'd like to understand more about the issues you mentioned and then consulted our tech team, and videos would help.
If you still got it stuck on white memok lights and no boot with new RAM G.Skill F4-3200C14D-32GTZR, could you please refer to the manual and check is the Mem_LED or VGA q-led on while no boot after updated 1903?
    Thank you so much.
