    Unless you use one of the following phones, you dont have a wifi 6e radio;
    1. Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra
    2. Xiaomi Mi 11
    3. OnePlus 9

    If you have give each radio an easily identifiable and unique name, it should be easy for you to see that even though your phone may have the little wifi 6 icon, you have to remember that wifi 6 and 6e are very different with wifi 6 actually using 5GHz radios just at a wider channel such as 160mhz instead of the 80mhz we're familiar

    Lets say hypothetically that you literally name each radio like this: 2.4GHz radio SSID = WIFI24 ; then the 5GHz radio SSID = WIFI5 ; and lastly the 6GHz radio SSID = WIFI6

    Like this if it worked normally, you wouldnt even see WIFI6 broadcasting from the node... but what is happening is that the AX11000 is broadcasting WIFI24 WPA2 and WIFI6 OPEN
