Did you change any settings in bios?
    Thank you.
It means absolutely nothing happens when i press the on switch (either in MB or Case). So there is no boot, no error code, nothing.
    Bios Version is 3801.
Sure I made some changes. Loading DOCP Profile and some TPM Stuff.

    Hi playforpleasure,

Does it boot successfully after clear cmos to restore bios settings?
How often did it occur?(for example: if you start three times a day, once of them is not boot? ) only occurred while cold restart?
Did it occur after any update or components changed?
May I have the information below?
    - the serial number of your motherboard and graphics card via PM
    - Please check the specific model name of RAM such as F4-3600C16D-16GTZNC.
    - Please press ctrl+F2 in bios utility to save the bios settings to USB flash drive and share the setting file to me.
    Thank you.

Had a few times over last few months since recieving board where the system wont power on.
You press power switch on case and nothing .
You press power button on motherboard ...nothing ....and its lit up white ...all rgb is working ( on when powered off )
If i turn off PSU and back then power it back on ...system boots fine.
It can then be fine for say 4 weeks ...then happen out the blue again.
Was ok with old motherboard....so only things that have changed is MB and CPU.

Tried reflashing bios back to earlier version ...no different.
Had new graphics card since last time so rules that out.
Tried taking ram sticks out ...no difference.

Seems starnge how can run for weeks without issue ( but dont use it every day )

Im using an EVGA supernova 850W PSU.

Not major issue as all have to do is power off PSU and all good again ...but got to be something wrong.
Asus say sounds like something tripping PSU protection ...will have to try unpluging 24 pin and 8 pin cables next time , then plug back in to see if motherboard or psu .

    Any help most appreciated.

Just want to say I have the exact same issue after upgrading to this motherboard togehter witn CPU (5900x) and RAM (2xM391A4G43AB1-CWE) - from ASUS ROG STRIX X570-E, 3700x, RAM: CMK32GX4M2B3200C16 - the issue still happens after upgrading gpu from 580 xt to 6700 xt

FYI - a story about an identical issue can be found here.

He ended up replacing the board - and that fixed the issue - he also did an RMA on the old board - resulting in him getting a new one.

    Hi stixix,

Do you mean if the power kept on, the system was no boot and the q-led was on sometimes, and you need to turn off PSU and turn on again?
    How often did it occur?
    Is the bios version 3801?
Have you restored bios to all default settings but it still occurred?
    Thank you.

This occurs about every other time I try to power on my system.

Yes I'm running 3801 bios - it happened with the original bios (no idea what version that was) as well.
    bios is all default

I will be doing some tests today to see if I can find a precise way to reproduce it.

Did a cmos reset (to make sure everything was on default)
Powered on my pc - and turned it off
left it off for 8 min - didnt't turn on when hitting the power button
left it off for 4 min - did turn on when hitting the power button
left it off for 8 min (again) - didnt't turn on when hitting the power button
left it off for 12 min - did turn on when hitting the power button

So - not sure what triggers it ...

    Hi stixix,

Did you got this issue since you bought the motherboard?
Was there any q-code or q-led on with no boot?
Did you remove the power cord or turn off the power supply during the following procedure?

Was there any q-code or q-led on with no boot? No q-code, no small fan movements - but light in the start button - basically just stayed in off state.
Did you remove the power cord or turn off the power supply during the following procedure? I turned off and on the physical switch on power supply only when it didn't boot.
