G20AJ RAM tried to upgrade from 16gb to 32gb
These sticks: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B096HM71C1 didn't work. What am I missing, or could the sticks I got actually be bad?

The consumer core 4th gen cpu only support up to 8GB per DIMM so 16G is the max RAM you could get for a G20AJ, consider swap for a G20CB mobo if you really need more ram.
