Maximus XI Hero Wifi BIOS won't update.

Trying to update my BIOS from 1802 to 1903 using the internet from utility like I normally do but it doesn't seem to want to updated and says 1802 is up to date. Any idea why this isn't working now.

Download the BIOS, format a USB fat32 and rename the BIOS to M11H.cap...nothing else on the USB stick
Put the stick in the USB port labeled BIOS and without turning the machine on depress the BIOS flashback button for a few seconds. Should start flashing and continue to flash for a couple of minutes until done. If it starts to flash then stops either the USB is in the wrong port or the file is not named correctly.

The problem with the internet update is they may have the support page updated but not the internet update. I always use the USB method.
