ROG Strix GL503 Keyboard light auto turn off?

Hi,

I've searched at the forums and could not find a solution to my problem:

How do I make the backlit keyboard to auto turn off after not being used? like form example after 30 seconds of not using the keyboard or touchpad, to auto turn off the back light? I've installed the latest Armoury Crate 4.1.6.0 and it has no setting like turning off the keyboard light after x time of not being used.

I even found other posts like this one

But that does not apply to my laptop

My main concern is because I want the backlit to last several years, so when I'm not using my laptop to automatically turn it off.

I even sent an email to Asus tech Support and they mentioned that this is not possible, that by keyboard backlit will always be on
