Will my G74Sx fit into the "ASUS ROG SHUTTLE BACKPACK" and if not, will it fit into the "ASUS AUTOMOBILI LAMBORGHINI BACKPACK"? Thanks

But I have read people claiming that the G74 fits in the shuttle no problem

wow , man , i was so amused to read those topics - many people actually want to carry this laptop to colleges...xD DAMN! why to buy such a machine for studies? i bought one because i wont be able to buy PC , so this laptop should answere all my demands: games , heavy programs ( i have signed for architecture for the next year ) , and i dont want this thing to burn out like my previouse laptop coz of overheating. and the only thing i need a carry bag for is to bring it from place to place , from flat to flat maybe , once in a life maybe . i wont carry that refrigerator with me to university. =] actually i am thinking about buying something small for studies , laptop , tablet , tetris - anything with word and mediaplayer. =]
thank you very much for help , i hink i am going to buy this expensive one , because i want to buy once. =]

LOL I am actually one of those people. The reason for my madness is that I sacrafice mobility for performance. I normally hated laptops for not having the power of a desktop but I heard of desktop repalcement laptops. If I could I would convert a rolling backpack to carry a pc but no battery. So I actually lug my g74sx everyday and the backpack really makes the difference. Im used to carrying 2-3 textbooks back in high school so carryig the g74sx is like a pillow. Still, got to love the expression on peoples faces when they see a laptop with massive vents. Some really funny expressions xD

I got the backpack for the G73: http://us.estore.asus.com/index.php?l=product_detail&p=894

It fits the G74 like a glove, is very slender against the back (doesn't stick out), lots of room for stuff (extra power supply, external HDD, 2 mice, cables, a couple books), and is well built and colour is all black (nothing flashy to say "hey! I'm a laptop here, I am!").

Since my plan is to use my G74 for music production (not professionally), I was also looking for backpack options. I would need to carry some other stuff around along with the laptop.

I'm considering this option (link below).
