Hi,

I just got the XG349C and it has Aura but it doesn't show up in my Armoury crate.

Any suggestions on how to manage it?

(I turned it on via the joystick monitor Menu).

Yes, found it, made no difference. It still doesn't detect my XG349C and on top of that I have a window that I have to close all the time when I start up ArourySwAgent.... 😞

Just uninstalled and reinstalled with your links. Same result, my XG349C is still not visible in devices or synchronizable in Aura Sync

Ps. Just to be sure I download the WHQL drivers and installed them as well even though my system recognised the monitor.
Pps. If I see the lighting to RGB I see the Rog logo being displayed.

May I double check whether you connected the USB 3.0 upstream port of the monitor to the USB port of your computer?

yes you may :-). However my USB is connected BUT the USB is not working. I had an older (from older monitor) similar cable (probably USB 2.0) but aiming on it's backwards compatibility tried it but the result was the same.

Then there is probably something wrong with my upstream port 😞
