    Im getting this error after latest update of AC on new system startup ( i turn of my pc when i sleep) :

    All my system is listed on my signature.

    And i also keep having the problem from before .Every time when i turn on my pc Turbo is deffault profile on my AIO Cooler Asus Strix LC 360.Problem started few weeks ago after some AC RoG Live Services update.So i go manually select Standard,then turn on my pc next morning and i can hear because Fans are louder that profile is Turbo again.Unfortunely you still cant see wich profile you choosen on AC when click it doesnt stay red. And i dont see where is this Fan Xpert feature , i will be glad if someone can show it.

    Rog Strix Flare Keyboard does not select...
    aura.pdf

    Strix Flare, Gladius II Origin and Balteus all have checkboxes when Available Device is chosen. Gladius II Origin and Balteus have check marks. The box for Strix Flare is blank and will not check.

    Hover over the info icon (circle with an i in the middle) to find out more, it is likely that your Flare is switched to the default profile (Aura Sync disabled). Change to the different profile (1-5).

    I hope this post is NOT referring to me, maybe its not but I have to assume it is since you deleted my post for no apparent reason & ignored me when I asked why you deleted it.
    Let me be clear the post you deleted (which took me a while to diagnose & compose) was MY 1ST POST in this thread so definately not a repost, I may have asked for help in the previous 36 page thread which was closed btw without resovling ANY of my defects with Armory Crate hence the reason Im forced to continue asking for support, but that was a different thread.
    I read the 1st 3 posts clearly and included all the necessary info so you cant possibly be referring to me.

    Now for the main reason for this post:
    Im getting this now all of a sudden on top of my other 3 unresolved ongoing issues with this bundle of software

    SERVICE ERROR
    "Certain Aura Sync features may be disabled because some Asus application services are not running properly.
    Go to Armory Crate FAQ page for troubleshooting and re-enable all the features."

    I went to the FAQ but surprisingly it was no help

    Also when I reboot my PC im getting black screens on both my monitors followed by an automatic reboot without BSOD, And sometimes instead of rebooting
    my mouse just freezes. I will admit however considering this last issue Ive spent 2+ days diagnosing Im not positive Armory Crate is causing this one, I did have an optional windows update around the same exact time as the Armory Crate update so it could be a windows issue, unfortunately windows will not allow me to uninstall this update so I can troubleshoot & determine the cause. I even tried uninstalling it through elevated comm. prompt with no luck.
    Please let me know if anyone else is getting black screens, reboots, or mouse freezing after this latest AC and/or windows update? They seem to always happen right after a restart (10 seconds or so after the desktop comes up).
    NOTE: As part of my troubleshooting I removed my GPU & CPU overclock & went back to the previous Nvidia driver. Issues still persist but not on every restart, seems random

    go to Armory Crate service and select modify

    Armory crate service will be uninstalled (don't know why)

    restart pc and open AC

    It will reinstall all the file

    reboot

    It works for me

    Hi Christian,
    thank you very much for your kind reply.

    I'd uninstalled all that was Armoury Crate , aura ed also Myasus, restarted the laptop, after this I have just re-installed all...Nothing!!!

    Any other suggestion?

    I've noticed that the service "ArmouryCrateService" no longer boots properly, especially when attempting to boot Armoury Crate itself. I have to manually start the service as Armoury Crate is booting in order to get any control over my RGB. This is also with a clean uninstall, install of all ROG/Asus drivers and services.
