(Flowx13)External monitors with usb-c cannot be detected after PD firmware be updated
I received the new PD firmware(V2.1.0.001) last week, and my usb-c monitor cannot connect anymore(No sign, and turn into chargng mode). Both side usb-c have been tested but still coundn't work, and usb2.0-serial is showed with exclamation mark in device manager when I connected. After that I setup CH341SER drives but my monitor still cannot be detected.
But hdmi mode is available, and other computer which with usb-c is available.Last edited by ygt1993; 09-03-2021 at 06:46 AM.

Right click on the excel mark in device manager, what problem does it list?
