Asus Zephyrus GX701LWS Sudden FPS drops

Hi people. I got an Asus Zephyrus GX701LWS with RTX 2070 Super 115W + i7 10850H CPU + 32 GB dual channel ram and 2TB Samsung Evo 980 SSD. As you read, the specs are pretty fine. However, when I do play on the computer I get sudden FPS drops. As you can see from the video, GPU is not so hot and CPU as well. All I can see is the voltage of GPU and CPU dropping. Can anyone explain to me what reason may cause this issue? Or are there other people who had these kinds of problems and solved them somehow? *Thats a high end mind blowing priced laptop and can not figure it out ASUS!

i have the same problem with my Asus Zephyrus but with nvidia 2080s, i have reset windows but the problem remains.it's definitely a hardware problem, today I sent it to asus assistance
