My second GPU and its failing. 3090 RTX OC ROG died while playing

As title says,

This is my second time this year my rtf 3090 ROG Strix OC edition dies on me while gaming.

I do a lot of rendering , and its been up for 5 days rendering content. the moment I turned up a game for about 2-5 mins , it died.

Im still unaware of this issue and I don't know if I shall request a replacement or a refund as this is getting ridiculous.
