ROG Elite Rewards Activation / Integration - not working!

I would like to activate the ROG Elite Rewards program, which is accessible within the Asus Account website (check screenshot) under the "my Membership" / ROG Elite Overview Tab. But unfortunately it isn't possible for me to do so. I've only get error messages. Doesn't matter if I try to just activate it or try to use the integration option.

I've tried this account activation/integration proccess via:
- Armoury Crate Windows Desktop App
- Homepage = rog.asus.com, which forwarding me to: https://account.asus.com/Elite_Page/elite_activate_page.html
- with different browsers (Edge, Chrome, Firefox)

I've added a few pictures how it looks like when the error messages appear. I hope that helps to find a solution for this, quickly.

I'd suggest contacting support. They may have encountered this error before and may be able to assist you. (this is mostly a customer forum, not a support forum)

same issue here, no way to contact support about it. clicking on contact support like in the pic submitted by OP leads to a place where I can't open a case.

For all the hardware Ive bought and registered I get nothing from "Elite Rewards"

I have the same problem, but nothing happens when I click the 'activate rog elite' button...

Exactly the same problem, and support have not helped at all. They asked me to send screen caps and told me they would escalate the issue. That was a few weeks ago.
