Hi there,
Was there any modification or update before the issue occurred?
Please help to run the diagnostic tool in MyASUS to see if there is any error.
Thank you.

Hello Zerocom,
May I know the brand and model of the RAM you installed?
Can you help to change the RAM back to the original status and double check if you still encounter this random reboot?
Thank you.

[QUOTE=Blake@ROG;842799]
I also have the same problem, haven't upgraded the hardware and only driver updates by Asus not even AMD separately.
My laptop restarts whenever I quit a game, the GPU and CPU also don't get hot.
It has happened more than 20 time in 7 days!
The event viewer shows Kernel 41 error.
I have to note that, I clean installed the drivers that came stock with the laptop, but again no help.
I have checked the net and many other users also have the same issue.
Please show us a way to fix this annoying issue.

Hello razaghi,
The reboot only happen when you quite the game?
Any game or certain game?
When you reset the system, before installing any game, does the device reboot?
Is there any error message in MyASUS ?
Thank you.

Hi,
It mostly happened after any game when I closed the and sometimes during the game.
The device also would reboot before installing a game and just by using graphic engaged softwares like after effect and premiere.
MyAsus absolutely shows nothing, I tried checking the system by this app but nothing showed up.
The windows event viewer shows a critical error "Kernel 41" after each reboot.
Anyway, this issue is wide spread among the G513QY owners, I have been checking all the forums and people are complaining about the exact same issue.
with the recommendation of another owner I did a reset windows, and I removed everything and formatted the disk, a clean install of a windows 10, and driver update 21.8.2 has brought my machine to stability. And so far no more random reboots.
I just need to monitor it for the coming days.
I believe Asus already knows the issue since everyone is complaining about it has to come up with a driver tu fix all these bugs.
The silence of Asus and AMD is not acceptable and respectful regarding the customer rights.
Thanks for following upðŸ™
