asus rog g532lw
i purchased my laptop in nov 2020 , in the start it was working very good and smoothly. In july 2021 my display stopped working automatically . so i called the srevice center and the engineer came home and repaired the display by replacing it with a new display . Now my laptop is working differently its a little bit slow , it always takes time to start and moreover how can the display stop working in a new laptop with no physical damage . Now the parts are loose of my display . i paid around 1.6 lakh inr for this laptop and this happens within a year. I need a compensation from asus rog . we do not pay this much for display damage , loose parts , 90-10 ratio of black screen in display . i want compenation from asus either by replacing or any kind compensation.
