AcPowerNotification and NoiseCancelingEngine errors at each logon

Hi,
At each logon the event viewer of Windows report 3 errors and 4 error reporting.
I did uninstall and reinstall AI Suite III, update with the latest versions, the errors are persisting.

I can't find any answer in forum nor in FAQ.
Thanks for help.
