GX502 keyboard backlight not working properly
Hello there my keyboard backlight has not been working as expevted lately. I dont know if it is a software issue or an hardware issue as it is a problem that has been coming and going in the last year.This honestly makes me think that it might be a software issue. here's the problem

Same problem as mine, my was the update tool keyboard upgrade, have done some keys stay in red... I hope you are lucky too solve the problem.

This is usually software, specifically the ATK package. Its unfortunately often required to uninsall the ATK package and reinstall after feature updates to the OS.

after uninstalling and reinstalling every driver related to asus the problem still persist, any help?
