GPU & boot issue.

Hello,
I took out my gpu and cpu cooler to travel and it hasn't been working after reinstallation. All the fans and lights work, but it doesn't seem like my gpu is being recognized. I only get a display when I remove the gpu card and utilize the motherboard hdmi. Doing this I was able to get to windows once, but after that I've been having issues with booting. I always get the blue error screen after going through a troubleshooting process. I've also tried resetting my bios by closing the CTLTC pins and removing the cmos battery, but still getting the error screens.

Also I recently updated my bios ver3004. My specs are tuf gaming z390 plus wifi, asus geforce dual gtx1650 04G, i5 9600k.
