Hello i have the rog delta white edition for not so much time but for some reason the rubber earpads need to be replacement look so awful without reason

I'm afraid it is after usage, so I'm not sure if the usage, the environment or any other factor cause it.
If it is in warranty period, please send RMA for further checking.
