zephyrus keys not working at all

so my keys s, x, z and left ctrl have all completely stopped working, the only reason I can type the 3 letters is due to ctrl c and ctrl v, and even that sometimes quits working too though that's likely a windows problem, but I have tried everything I could to get these keys to work again, the first 3 worked every 50 or so key presses but now they all have ceased to work at all, I need help asap I have tried cleaning out the keys physically, updating all my software, etc and everything is futile, if I can't get them to work again I'm just gonna sell this defective potato online since it's warranty expired
