Hello,
for more than a year I can't register any new product because on my activity it says that activity is completed and it isn't possible to click on it. Anyone has this problem or knows how to solve it? I asked help on eliterewards_support@asus.com but my feeling is like I am typing with a bot. I present my problem and they say that I must click on activity but it is impossible because the link is not active. I have tryed to send them all the info including serial numbers so they can do the registration and then I also got the answer click to the activity. I am already frustrated because I have many points on my account and I have few products that I wanted to register and I can't because of the stupid blocked link. If anyone has any info fell free to post it I will appreciate it.
