Hello,
1. Disabled will leave the CPU to operate within Intel's power envelope.
2. Enabled allows the the CPU to max out current limits, meaning the user doesn't need to set these power constraints in tweaker settings manually.
3. Auto, the board will by itself gauge the optimum settings taking into account the CPU's potential, thermal limitations and performance.
