Is that 5.3Ghz 11900K ALL-CORE and 5866Mhz CL21DDR4?
I can only do 5.1Ghz 11600k ALL-Core with 5866Mhz CL21, so there ya go Noctua Air vs Custom Water... You Win!
See if you can set up a Per Core profile in bios like: 5.5Ghz 5.3Ghz 5.1Ghz 5.0Ghz and the other 4cores at 4.9Ghz.
OR try 5.6Ghz single core and the other 7cores set to AUTO.
I can only reach 5.5Ghz single core with my 11600K, and that's with no OC on the mem kit at all. Yea, I realize it's a totally impractical OC profile, but it's just for fun
Try 5.6Ghz single core and the rest set to auto and hey why not 5.7Ghz single core and the rest set at auto, just for lols

@Sir Braegnok, see if you can grab 5.6Ghz from any of your 11900K cores. 11900K has (2) preferred cores in bios designated with an asterisk (*).
All (6) of my 11600K cores will clock to 5.5Ghz, yet NONE will hit 5.6Ghz.
Was wondering if ANY of your 11900K's (8) cores can hit 5.6Ghz or even 5.7Ghz???
