Strix G15 G513IM Experiencing Random Restart

Hi, I just bought my new laptop. And after 1 day of normal usage, I experienced random restarts it shows DCOM error and Kernel 41 error but I'm not sure if that caused the random restart. Restart occurred even when simple browsing of youtube. I added a RAM from the store I bought the unit. Should I return the unit for replacement or there are fix for this error.

    Hi bigbossgs

Welcome to the ROG forum !

Kernel 41 indicates your pc didn't shut down correctly or there was a power interruption.

Your laptop comes with 16GB 3200MHz ram, what for ram stick did you add? I might take out the ram stick you added and give it a test.

It cane out with 8gb of ram and I put 16gb on other slot. Is the difference in ram size the reason for random restart?Â*
