Integrated graphics card, Intel UHD Graphics 750 has disappeared

Hi, I am an owner of an Asus XIII Hero motherboard with an intel i9 11900k processor and an Nvidia 3070 Ti GPU.

In the peripheral management of Windows 11 the integrated graphics card, the Intel UHD Graphics 750 has disappeared and only the Nvidia GPU is present.

How can I solve this issue?

I remember that in the bios there was a setting to choose to enable two monitors or multiple GPU, and, with this option activated, both graphics cards appeared in device manager, however I no longer remember where is located this option in the bios...

Someone can help me ?

Thanks in advance.

On my system, as soon as I put in place the Nvidia card it disabled the OnBoard graphics. The multi-GPU may be for more than one Nvidia card.

The setting is in the Advanced-Advanced System Agent (SA) Configuration
