    Angry Radio silence after sending GPU back

    I sent my Asus Strix 3080Ti LC OC back to my UK retailer around end of August/beginning of September and have had no updates from Asus since then. My retailer has heard nothing back, the automated phone line just tells me to look on your website, nothing comes up when I put my serial number in the repair status website. There has been nothing regarding where my card is, whether it has been fixed, whether it can be fixed, whether it can be replaced...

    I have not been able, and am still not able to use my computer for almost 2 months.

    There is very difficult to purchase GPUs at the moment, let alone the one I have. It is extremely frustrating not knowing what is happening to my card and just waiting for seemingly nothing.

    I do not want a refund. I want my GPU fixed and sent back to me. If not, a replacement of the same model.
