    Unhappy ASUS MOTHERBOARD FAN CONTROL SERVICE crash

    I noticed that ASUS MOTHERBOARD FAN CONTROL SERVICE crash every day, i can see that in the reliability monitor of windows 10, can anyone explain why?

    Hi JellyLama,
    May I double confirm the bios version is 2701?
    Did it occur after any update or settings changed?
    Have you installed AI Suite 3 and adjusted the fan settings?
    Did it occur with bios all default settings?

    Yeah the bios version is 2701
    I dont know if it occurred after any update
    I have aisuite 3 and the crash happens with default but also custom fan profiles
    I'll check the bios default settings thing

    Hi JellyLama,
    Did the crash happen when you open AI Suite 3 or running any apps?
    If it still crashes with bios all default settings, please reinstall AI Suite 3 v3.00.51 from our support site.

    Nothing happens when the service crash, i notice it by checking the reliability monitor in the control panel. So i cant really know what causes the problem

    Did it occur every time you boot into windows?
    Have you restored bios to default settings and reinstalled AI Suite 3 v3.00.51 from our support site?

    Bios settings are default (except some CPU overclock settings), i have reinstalled AISUITE...i'll let you know

    I uninstalled and reinstalled aisuite but the problem persist, i also tried to reset the bios but nothing changes. I just turned on the pc and the crash is there (it happened now)

    Hi JellyLama,
    May I have the following information?
    - the serial number of your motherboard via PM
    - the brand and the model name of the RAM, PSU and HDD/SSD
    (Please check the specific model name of the RAM such as G.SKILL F4-4400C19Q-32GTZSWB.)
    -OS version(such as 20H1) & OS build
