These memories are C16 Hynix particles.

Have you tried 0803? I have the F4-4000C17Q-32GTZR kit and it works nice.

Question Z690 Extreme still Problemes with G.Skill 6000CL36

    Hi there,

    I still can't get my G.Skill RAM 6000 CL36
to work on the ASUS ROG Z690 Extreme.

I had it running for like 9 hours with 1,25Volt VDD an VDDQ and about 8 runs of TM5 (extreme)
one cold reboot and it is not longer working.

The 0002 Bios and 0803 Bios both change after a cold reboot they maybe not work with Settings that have been working well before.

Hopefully this is going to be fixed soon.

XMP1 or XMP2 is not working at all.

Is there a newer Bios i can try?

Are you using 4 sticks of RAM or 2? If only 2, are you running them in slots A2 and B2? Or are you running them in slots A1 and B1?

I have same issue for my 12900k & G.Skill DDR5-6000 CL36 on XMP1 and XMP2. 703 is More stable, but even i flash back to 703 bios still can't run stable in XMP 1/2 for 6000Mhz. I only can run stable in windows 11 with 703 + XMP 1 in 5400/5600Mhz, Windows 11 will reboot when i using aida64 memory brenchmark for test.

I have the similar config as below:
    CPU: intel 12900k
    Ram: G Skill Trident Z5 RGB DDR5-6000 CL36-36-36-76 16GB x 2, running them in slots A2 and B2
    Mother Board: asus maximus hero
