No gains made for me either on 0808 z690-A D4. I can boot 4x8gb hynix djr up to 3900 on all BIOS versions in gear 1. 0808 did not allow beyond 3900 either. 0707 is still the most stable for me. Memory failed 2 TM5 tests on 0803 and I did not stay on 0808 long enough to test. 0707 passed 20 cycles 1usmus TM5 at DDR 3800.

Hello I have the following memory and the gaming d4 ROG board, G.SKILL TridentZ RGB Series 32GB (4 x 8GB) F4-4000C17Q-32GTZR.
Is there a bios that is best for me to use to get the best support for this memory on this mother board? I have a 12900k CPU that has a good imc. The sp is 96 on the pcores. I have an extreme water cooling setup as well.

Bios 0803 boots into 4000 17-17-17-37 using my gtzr rgb 8gb x 4 kit from gskill. I have the g4 gaming as well using xmp I and xmp II or just manually setting the settings as well. Originally Posted by davide87ita

These memories are C16 Hynix particles.
