So recent week, probably after some windows 11 updates I noticed strange behavior, while watching YouTube either in Edge, Chrome or even Opera, and doing so in (ESPECIALLY in full-screen) the whole YouTube menus and Windows interface become stuttering, leggy and video skipping FPS. Drag around windows also result in draggy low FPS experience.

Strangely enough, this behavior reduced when running YT on the laptop internal monitor.

I took days to try and figure out, then I figured:

1. Force the web browser to the RX6800M instead the iGPU (Ryzen 5900HX Vega)
2. Connect the laptop via Type-C which forces external monitor directly operate via RX6800M instead of going through the iGPU corrected this problem for good.

I tried latest GPU/Chipset drivers from AMD it did not fix it, so it must be some bug somewhere between iGPU/Drivers and Windows 11.

I will report to Microsoft as well.
