I have been very happy with my Asus Maximus XI Hero which I bought on the 27th November 2018. Unfortunately on 6/11/21 it suddenly developed a fault which is within the 3 year warranty period- no longer recognising the CPU with Q code 00.
Testing the CPU in a different motherboard was successful hence the motherboard appears to have developed a fault.
I have contacted Asus Uk support who advised me to contact amazon UK.
Amazon support told me that beyond 2 years any warranty is provided by the manufacturer Asus.
Please could you advise me on how to proceed with my warranty claim for this faulty motherboard. I am currently without a functioning PC.

The Amazon support staff did not provide any evidence but told me verbally that past 2 years they do not provide support and linked me to their policy.
I have received an email from Asus support staff regarding resolving this ticket.
