does not use the Samsung NVDriver, it uses the standard Microsoft NV Driver.

Just my two cents worth, I believe that the Samsung 980 Pro SSD's uses the Microsoft drivers, Samsung has not made a driver these models.
I have two Samsung 980 Pro's on a ASUS Maximus XIII Hero, an it uses the Microsoft drivers.. Hope this might help....

Drivers for the Samsung 980Pro SSD's
This is the way my system setup with the Samsung SSD's. As far as I know Samsung makes no special drivers for 980Pro, but have made ones for earlier drivers, i.e. 970 EVO plus.

Weird because there is a Driver when you install Samsung Magician and you want use it because of the Intel Driver that is already installed automatically with windows,,, but do you really think it can be my problem? because you are wrong, there is a Samsung driver for the 980 and you have to install Samsung Magician.

I was not hear to start a bad thread, somebody ask a question, and I thought I was giving good advise.... I have the Samsung Magician software as well, my understanding of it, is as follows: "According to Google"
Samsung Magician is the service used to optimize Samsung solid state drives (SSDs), helping users to monitor drive health, manage and protect data, and maximize performance. We consider it an essential service for keeping drives running smoothly and securely.
As far as I know, It will do a Firmware "update"...... if they feel deemed to do so, but does provide drivers for Windows 10pro, or even maybe Win 11.
Was only giving information that I thought I knew, "Just my two cents;)
